What We Do
We’re a women’s mountain biking collective based in Des Moines, Iowa, dedicated to building community, confidence, and skills on the trails. From group rides and clinics to festivals and local events, we create inclusive spaces where women, non-binary, and femme riders can connect, learn, and thrive. Whether you’re brand new to mountain biking or an experienced rider, shredHER is here to support your journey — one ride, one trail, one community at a time.
ShredHER offers a garage of equipment available to borrow for riders who do not have access to equipment - this includes bikes and helmets. This equipment is available for riders wanting to use it for shredHER group rides, events, and clinics. This has been made possible by our friends at Cannondale.
